Amber + Bryson | A Backyard Wedding in the Rain — and Sun

If I had to sum up Amber and Bryson’s wedding day in one word, it would be real. Real emotions. Real joy. Real love — the kind that holds steady through rain clouds and muddy fields and still manages to shine.

The morning brought clouds and steady showers, and it felt like the weather was holding its breath along with all of us. There were nerves, excitement, and all the quiet in-between moments that make wedding mornings so sacred.

And then — as if on cue — the sun broke through just in time. The light poured in as Amber walked down the aisle, and everything felt calm, full, and exactly right. It was like the sky opened just for them.

They said “I do” under the same trees Amber grew up around, surrounded by family, friends, and a whole lot of happy tears. The energy was warm, emotional, and full of the kind of love that lingers long after the day ends.

We laughed, we cried, and yes — we got a little stuck in the mud. (Okay, more than a little.) But honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. The mess, the magic, the imperfectly perfect moments — that’s what makes a day unforgettable.

Amber and Bryson, thank you for trusting me to tell your story. Your wedding was one for the books, and I know your marriage will be just as beautiful — grounded, joy-filled, and full of light, even after the rain.

A Little Peek Into the Day

Every detail felt intentional and heartfelt — from quiet getting-ready moments to dancing under string lights and skies that had finally cleared. Here’s a glimpse into Amber and Bryson’s unforgettable day, the way I saw it through my lens:
